This will allow you to arrange your things once you are in your new house. You can also try to look for colored boxes and use them instead of the brown ones. Assign a particular color for kitchen items, living room decors, and bedroom stuff. This is a very effective way to organize all your belongings.
When it comes to larger items such as closets and other furniture pieces, try to disassemble the parts rather than moving them as is. This will allow you to save on space and at the same time prevent your furniture from getting damaged. Try to get a larger box and get help from someone who can disassemble your things since it will be easier to transport them if they are separated by pieces. Just remember to pack all the screws and bolts into a container. Finally, it is also a nice thought to prepare snacks for the moving team. This is one way of showing your appreciation for all their help.
