I love the idea of having novelty hats at a birthday party. I went to a party of a friend of mine recently and they all had great hats. They were not party hats but all really good ones that they had brought themselves and they played games wearing them and pretended to adopt the type of character that would wear that hat and things like that. It was so funny and everyone wanted to join in and have a laugh. I have therefore decided that when I have my birthday party, I will go to my local party supplies shop and buy a selection of hats and make each guest wear one of them. I am sure that once we have had a few drinks we will be able to have some really good fun with them. I am not even going to bother inventing any games now as I am sure we will come up with some really good ones when we get going together and have been drinking. I will just have to make sure that I get enough for everyone and get each person different ones so that we can have really good fun with them.
