It would be a great idea to see the doctor a few days after you find out that you are indeed with child. Your first trimester may seem like not too much is happening, but you body will definitely start changing right when you become pregnant.
The first thing you have to do is immediately stop drinking alcohol and caffeine for the whole nine months. Cigarettes and any other kind of drug are also strictly off limits. These few things seem like common sense, but they can be difficult to stay away from since they can be so addictive. You may want and need the support of many of your loved ones during these first few months so you can stay disciplined. Also while your looking for cute Japanese baby names, you will begin to eat a little more and that is your right as a pregnant woman. Just go with it and you will be fine.
